Rangeline offers both hot tapping and wet tapping from ½ inch to 48 inches, line stopping from ¾ inch to 60 inches, and valve Inserting from 4 inches to 12 inches.
Hot tapping is an industrial pipeline service that allows for a new connection to a pressurized system. This is done by drilling or cutting into the existing pipe before installing the additional pipes or valves.
Line stopping, on the other hand, is an industrial pipeline service that temporarily reroutes pipeline products while they undergo modification or maintenance. Line stops are not intrusive and provide a safe and cost-effective way to allow maintenance or modifications to the piping system without interrupting the service.
Valve Inserting is installing a valve directly into an existing piping system while it is under pressure. Rangeline offers 4 different types of valve insertions. Please contact us to see which valve insertion solution is best for your project.
